Samsung Galaxy Tab A Launched

Samsung Galaxy Tablet A 9.7, including Android 5.0 Lollipop, S Pen Launched

Samsung has already launched a new mid-range tablet, along with some deals to make it more attractive (such as some subscriptions to the New York times, or free e/books on Kindle and 100 GB of free storage on One Drive for some two years). This tablet presents characteristics pretty similar to that of Samsung Galaxy Tab A, launched last month. However the big difference lies in the screen size, as the Galaxy Tab A 9.7 features a 9.7 inch TFT display with a resolution of 1024×768 pixels, while the Galaxy Tab A had an 8 inch screen.

Another interesting difference, which some might consider a defect, is that this Tablet supports WiFi only while the previous tablet did support 4G Lite.

Technically speaking, this tablet features a 1.2Ghz quad-core processor along with 2GB of RAM, 16GB built-in storage, which is expandable via micro SD Card (which is up to 128GB). Besides, there are two cameras featured here, a front 2 megapixel cam and a rear 5 megapixel one as well.

This tablet appears as an attractive option if you have not purchased any of the Galaxy Tablet predecessors which are close in technical aspects to this last model.
