It was time. Twitter on Tuesday began to integrate videos from Periscope into its news feed. For now, this is happening first on the iOS app and will then be gradually extended to the rest of the platforms.

Now, instead of seeing a link and having to open the app Periscope, Internet users can watch the video directly, live or replay from Twitter, as is already the case for GIF and Vine videos or YouTube.
“Now with Periscope integrated into Twitter we will now show you what’s happening around the world … Today, it becomes easier to see what happens because we integrated the broadcast by Periscope, in real time and with the times, directly on tweets, “said Kayvon Beykpour, head of Periscope.
Since launching last year, Periscope has more than 100 million video capsules which were distributed via this application which was previously not integrated with Twitter.
